Dependent Verification Worksheet - Use this form if you are a dependent student selected for verification.

Independent Verification Worksheet - Use this form if you are an independent student selected for verification.

Parent Asset Verification Worksheet - Use this form if you have been informed that you need to verify parent assets.

Child Support Paid Verification - Use this form if you have been informed that you need to verify child support paid.
SNAP Verification - Use this form if you have been informed that you need to verify that you receive SNAP (food stamps).

Student Status Determination - Use this form if you have indicated on your FAFSA that you are an independent student. This will allow us to confirm your independent status and move forward with the financial aid process.
